- Design small to medium sized ETLs to improve efficiency and drive automation
- Design, build, and update new and existing Tableau dashboards to support CSI and Sales
- Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to roll out new features and drive adoption
- Gather requirements for updates and prioritize improvements to existing tools
- Build new features or functionalities into existing products or tools
- 1+ years of experience with Tableau
- 1+ years of experience with programming languages, especially for data manipulation (Python, Pandas, R, JavaScript, SQL, etc)
- 2+ years of work experience in Sales, Marketing and/or Consulting
- Tech-savvy with interest in product and strong analytical problem solving skills (must have a love for problem solving / finding solutions to complex issues)
- Experience with an online CRM/SalesForce preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Client service mentality, adaptability and willingness to collaborate openly with other functions
- Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models

The CSI team belongs to the Sales Strategy organization. Our team supports client-facing teams with insights driven analysis, actionable narratives, & collateral. The Automation, Analytics & Intelligence team within CSI is focused on leveraging the necessary technology stacks to build, scale, and deploy systems and services that serve opportunities to our partners. These opportunities are moved into WebApps, our CRM, or general databases to be consumed by groups across the organization, from Sales and Client Success to Marketing & Engineering. We also work very closely with the broader CSI organization and Marketing to create tools to analyze productivity, business performance, and improve efficiency through automation.

Indeed is seeking a Strategist to join its Automation, Analytics & Intelligence team within Client Strategy & Insights. The Strategist partners closely with stakeholders across various functions within the business to help lead and execute strategic initiatives that boost revenue, drive operational scale and improve efficiency for continuous growth. The Strategist will be responsible for working within Tableau to create visualizations by connecting Tableau to Indeed’s data warehouses, including GBQ, RDS, Snowflake, and a few smaller internal data sources. The strategist will also be responsible for building small data pipelines (ETL’s) in Python and will learn to deploy them to Indeed’s DevOps infrastructure.
